What is the minimum order quantity?
We manufacture from 1 piece up — prototypes, replacement parts, and production volumes. Unit price decreases with larger quantities.
Do I need a drawing, or can you work from a sample part?
No drawing needed. We work from drawings, CAD files, or physical sample parts — our technicians measure the original and manufacture a replacement. See Custom Manufacturing.
How long does production take?
Depends on complexity and quantity. Typical jobs start at around 3–7 working days. When you send your drawing we quote an exact lead time with the price.
Can sheets and rods be cut to size?
Yes, every item. Cut-to-size (Custom Size) on both sheet and rod — order only what you need. Browse all products.
I don't know which plastic my job needs — can you advise?

Do you carry food-grade plastics?
Yes — HDPE, PE500, PE1000 and PET (Ertalyte) are food-contact safe, suitable for food and beverage production lines.
Do you also work with metal and rubber?
Yes. Alongside industrial plastics we manufacture rubber and metal parts to order — Shaft, Plate, Jig & Fixture, Punch & Die.
